  • Extensive scrutiny of past commercial driving records for zero severe infractions.
  • Mandatory training on defensive driving, VIP etiquette, and emergency collision evasion.
  • Strict zero-tolerance policy for driving under the influence (DUI) and active drug testing.
  • Bi-annual physiological and eye-sight medical examinations.

2. Fleet Maintenance & Inspection

  • All luxury vehicles follow a stringent scheduled maintenance program directly with authorized OEM dealerships.
  • Comprehensive 35-point safety inspection conducted by our fleet managers prior to every single dispatch.
  • Advanced telematics and GPS tracking actively monitored 24/7 by our dispatch headquarters.
  • Strict adherence to tire tread depth guidelines, brake pad durability, and fluid lifecycle algorithms.
  • Deep sanitization and detailing performed for maximum interior airway hygiene.

3. Passenger Code of Conduct

  • Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers throughout the entire duration of the journey.
  • Aggressive behavior, physical interference, or pressuring chauffeurs to overspeed is strictly prohibited.
  • Children under the age of 8 must be seated in appropriate rear-facing ISOFIX car seats (available on request).
  • Hazardous materials, firearms, and illegal substances are not permitted inside the fleet.
  • In the event of discomfort or sudden illness, promptly request the chauffeur to pull over safely.

4. Rapid Emergency Response

  • Direct SOS button capabilities integrated with chauffeur dispatch consoles.
  • Guaranteed replacement vehicle dispatched within 45 minutes in the event of an unavoidable mechanical breakdown.
  • Every vehicle is equipped with an ISI-certified medical First Aid kit and emergency fire suppression tools.
  • Incident reports are filed digitally and analyzed by management within 2 hours of any reported anomaly.
