Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the HappyCars HYD website and premium vehicle rental services. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All vehicle reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation by HappyCars HYD. • A booking request made via our website or WhatsApp is not guaranteed until an official confirmation invoice is issued. • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including instances of suspected fraud or logistical unavailability. • A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon the chauffeur's arrival for identity verification.

2. Payment Structure

A minimum advance deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required to secure your reservation. • The remaining balance must be settled securely via UPI or cash to the chauffeur prior to the commencement of the journey. • Quoted rates are inclusive of chauffeur charges but explicitly exclude outstation state permit taxes, toll gates, and parking fees (unless stated otherwise). • All outstation trips require an estimate for fuel and distances; any extra kilometers driven beyond the package limit will be billed per kilometer at the end of the trip.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our standardized cancellation policy is as follows: • 48+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund of the deposit. • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the deposit. • Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund provided. • No-Shows: Charged at 100% of the booking value. Refunds take approximately 3 to 7 business days to process back to the original payment method.

4. Vehicle & Chauffeur Use

Our vehicles are strictly operated by our professionally licensed chauffeurs. Self-drive is currently strictly prohibited. • The chauffeur follows the designated laws of the motor vehicle act. Patrons cannot force the driver to overspeed, break signals, or drive recklessly. • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or transport of illegal contraband within the fleet is completely unacceptable and will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. • While the chauffeur will assist with luggage, HappyCars HYD is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left unattended in the vehicle.

5. Damage Liability

The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, interior staining, or excess wear and tear caused directly by the passenger(s) during the rental duration. • A cleaning fee of up to ₹5,000 may be levied if the vehicle interior is left unreasonably soiled (e.g., food spills, sickness). • Structural or upholstery damage will be billed at the full authorized dealership repair cost.

6. Force Majeure & Delays

While we pride ourselves on extreme punctuality, HappyCars HYD is not liable for delays arising from uncontrollable circumstances. • Such events include severe weather variations, unpredicted heavy traffic jams, road closures, civil un-rest, or mechanical breakdowns. • In the extremely rare event of a mechanical failure mid-trip, we will immediately dispatch a replacement vehicle of equal or similar class from our fleet to minimize disruption.

7. Modifications to these Terms

HappyCars HYD reserves the exclusive right to modify, replace, or update these Terms of Service at any given time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
